Crown Eagle Chin na

Crown Eagle Chin na is a two person chin na form. It is a form that represents part of a style and school of grappling called the Grand Chaining School of Chin na. This 38 minute tape moves through many repetitions of the movements so those trying to learn can get a good look at the movements. James Cravens and Tony Caucci demonstrate the movements. This is not a beginner tape of chin na, but is a good exercise if you have a good partner.
