3 DVD's teaching the fundamental footwork.  The basic 8 Position Walking Form, The short core form with the 8 changes which form the core of the training, The 8 Animals with takes the form from 5 minutes with the short core to around an hour of movement when integrated with the 8 changes.  The last DVD will teach some Joint Hands and show the application of the Pakus idea.
