Silk Reeling Pattern - Cloud Hands & Reverse

This pattern is maybe the most famous pattern in Tai Chi.  The Cloud Hands is a double outer circle which is taught in a ten-minute clip. Also, the Reverse Cloud Hands or Double Inward Circles is taught.  These are both major movements in Tai Chi.
