Silk Reeling Pattern - Single Hand Inner Circle

This is the second Circle of Tai Chi.  When the first circle (Outer Circle) is done in reverse it is the Single Hand Inward Circle. These two circles some Tai Chi theorists will say are the only techniques of Tai Chi.  Of course, there are many movements in Tai Chi but in looking at the root the first two circles are key in developing the basics.
