 Introduction to Ground Fighting by Buddy Benford is an edited version of the seminar Buddy taught on 12/02 in which he laid the foundation for groundwork. When to use grappling and ground fighting is a very important matter as Chinese Boxing always wants to handle every encounter efficiently. Buddy provides movement drills so one can get comfortable with the movement. He teaches position and line and angle as one is on the ground. He also teaches a section on going to the ground. Buddy believes that the principles of Chinese Boxing translate to the ground and his presentation attempts to give the student some solid fundamentals for development.
